With the spread of employees through multiple sites, Estates Services is a dynamic environment and people at the heart of everything we do. As the temporary human resources director, you will lead and develop the human resources function that supports this vital task.

About the role

As the temporary human resources director of Estates, you will lead the human resources function. To submit reports to the head of business administration, a team of human resources specialists will provide high -quality human resource service through performance, employee relationships, employment and employee welfare.

It will work as a reliable consultant for senior leaders and managers, and provide guidance on human resource policy, employment and change law. At the same time, you will manage a team of human resources, providing daily support and guidance.

This is the role in which there are no two similar days – one moment that may be recommended in situations of complex employee relations, and upcoming initiatives forward such as employee development programs and improving the process. You will be at the Personality Management Center in a section that directly supports the task of research and education at the Oxford level.

About you

• CIPD (graduate or higher studies), or equivalent experience.
• Great experience in managing human resources operations in a large and complex organization.
• The ability to lead and develop the human resources team has proven.
• A strong knowledge of the UK’s recruitment law and its application.
• Excellent communication and influential skills, with the ability to build reliable relationships at all levels.
