Role

We are based on Fund Operations Manager To support the continuous growth of our box platform. This role extends operations financing, legal and compliance, reporting, and managing sellers. It will work closely with the administration of the governor, the officials of the boxes, and the internal leadership to ensure the action of the R7 accurately and the expansion with the expansion worldwide.

Responsibilities

Fund operations and reports

• Supervising the customer’s operation on the plane for new investors
• Manage the fund evaluation process in cooperation with the officials of the funds and the governor’s teams
• Communicate with officials and internal teams to ensure accurate investor reports in time
• Determine and implement the improvements of the process through tools, automation or procedural promotions
• Support allocated operational needs throughout the work when needed

Legal supervision, compliance and organizational

• Managing money licensing requirements through multiple judicial authorities
• Ensure that all sales and marketing activities are compatible with the applicable organizational restrictions
• Building work situations and evaluating the feasibility of expanding the organizational license at the link
• Supervising the establishment and management of legal entities to support new markets or launch products
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal agreements with sellers, clients and partners

Relationship seller and management

• Maintaining the supervision of major external service providers (for example, officials, legal advisor, technology sellers)
• Ensure that service standards are compatible with contractual obligations and internal policy
• Monitor the performance of the seller and support efforts to increase the value against money to the maximum

Strategic support and job intersection

• Contribute to the initiatives to expand new business and products
• A step to support other fields of work as needed during higher activity periods or leave employees

requirements

• 5+ years of experience in operations via Crypto, Trafi and/or Fintech, at least 2 of the investment fund operations or fund management operations
• Legal training, experience and/or rehabilitation
• The ability to quickly convert the strategy into actions and implementation
• Excellent communication skills, written and able to influence through a variety of business and their Christ
• Show success in managing change
• Very organized and adaptive to the requirements and changing priorities
• Work ethics and strong results focus on fixed results
• Self -start with the ability to work independently in a fast -paced environment with a high degree of property
