Research communications analysts (RCAS) play a major role in cooperation with researchers and RAND leaders to provide complex policy research in visual, written and convincing visual formats to the masses ranging from high -ranking decision -makers to the general public. RCAS helps RAND researchers to improve logic, structure, clarity, and access to initial research documents, brief products, graphics and slide offers.
