We are looking for an independent customer service specialist to be the first point of communication for our customers and our prospects. Your role will be to make sure that every interaction feels smooth, useful and professional.

Hublead It is a sales productivity tool that relates NinkedIn / LinkedIn Sales Navigator with Hubspot CRM.

With HUBLEAD, sales teams can

• Import LinkedIn contacts directly in Hubspot.
• Sync LinkedIn invitations, messages and activity in Hubspot automatically.
• Tracking performance with reports and information panels.
• Enriching contacts with email data and the phone accurate.

We grow quickly and need someone to help us provide the same quality of care for our customers that our products bring to their sales teams.

What will you do?

• Customer’s inbox management (email + chat).
• Answer the product questions clearly and quickly (mainly about Hublead integration with Hubspot and LinkedIn).
• Retestation Sales requests or training To the right person in our team.
• For error reports:
  • Collect detailed information from the customer,
  • Try to reproduce the case,
  • Prepare a clear summary for our technology team.
• Documenting frequent questions and helping us improve the base of knowledge / common questions.

What we are looking for

• Excellent written calling in English (It must be clear, natural and professional)
• Good oral English language skills, enough to communicate with our team.
• Ifta with Hubspot CRM (Or other CRM tools).
• Experience Customer support (SAAS or Favorite Technology Environment).
• Details, organized, and proactive.
• Comfortable to work independently in a remote preparation.
• Reward: Experience with NinkedIn Sales Navigator Or sales tools.

Practical details

• For their own account, from a distance
• Part -time to start (about half a day), with the possibility of expanding over time.
