About the role

Cooperative Participation and Check team (CERT), headquartered in the CANCCE Participation Center (CNCCE), works in partnership with academic schools, vocational services and the Student Union to design, develop and implement interventions that enhance participation, preservation and development at the University of Nottingham Trent. Examples of the work performed by the team Student guidance and Black Leadership Program.

We are looking for a proactive, confident and creative individual with a real passion for working with students. The successful candidate will be organized with good attention to detail, has strong people and communication skills, and a busy record of work with a group of stakeholders to provide successful projects, which include coordinating the black leadership program as well as the development initiatives of other students. We need a team player ready to participate in all aspects of CERT from solving creative problems to developing and coordinating administrative tasks.

It is necessary to try working with students or young people in an educational context and the ability to communicate with people from a wide range of backgrounds. While the compulsory expertise in managing student development programs or common methodological plans (for example, diversity programs, student teacher, student union, volunteer plans, club support or student societies) will be useful, as well as the experience of managing calligraphy.
