As part of the TRU marketing and communications team, the content specialist is responsible for creating an attractive content that enhances the general image of the university, cultivates the presence of digital media in Tru, increases the brand awareness and builds society with internal communications. The content specialist provides accurate and creative writing skills and a diversity of adaptation to a wide range of needs. This situation meets an integral part of the management of the administration, as it addresses the internal and external masses, and ensures that the main strategic messages are consistently consistent and connected to targeting the masses.

  1. Create, assemble, support, organize and distribute communication tactics that may include media, video, sound, publications, social and digital media, web content, marketing or advertising copies/guarantees, as well as materials for events and support for events and advertisements.
  2. Social media support, media relations and other channels with monitoring the comments and content created by the user, reporting, and publishing and coordinating responses.
  3. Participate in developing, strategy and creating content for communications plans, advertising campaigns and marketing permits.

  7. Write, edit and participate in the development of printed publications such as scenes books, academic calendars and reports.
  8. Plans and development of content for marketing campaigns via e -mail, newsletters, events and other leading and leading conversion tactics using the CRM tool.
  9. Development of strategy, writing program writing, interview questions plan, and helping to choose talents for video projects.
  10. Managing internal communication content, including writing, editing, scheduling publications and events for internal channels, as well as cooperating with other departments to share correspondence.
  11. Digital screen management and content management system, including content schedule and its construction, user training, promoting university campus for digital screen channels, exploring and repairing errors and planning new screens.
  12. Photo, movies, and media edits on the web, social media, and other external and interior channels.
  13. Providing public relations support through planning and writing, distributing newsletters and consulting, dealing with new media inquiries, promoting and participating with Tru experts, creating and sharing stories in the TRU news room.
  14. Follow and be closely aware of the TRU style guide, brand standards, best practices for communications, providing training for employees and other departments in these practices to ensure fixed messages in all communication channels.
  15. Collecting and editing evidence, operations and policies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, press, communications, public relations, advertising, marketing or relevant discipline
  • Four -years -related experience in the after -secondary marketing communication department, a non -governmental organization, agency, or work, including:
    • Creative writing
    • Public Relations
    • Liberation
    • Social media management, high traffic sites, blogs or internet and other communities via the Internet
  • The experience of working with and protecting secret information and/or sensitive
  • Show creativity within a digital environment
  • Excellent contacts, verbal and written English skills, a high level of attention to details
  • The ability to work independently and in a team, and to deal brilliantly and dressed with others
  • The ability to cooperate and learn from his colleagues Marcom, cooperation and maintaining relationships with colleagues throughout the campus

The working hours will be from Monday to Friday, 7 hours a day, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm
