* Education, training, training and guidance of sports students in Cross Country and Track & Field; * Helping the main coach in employing athlete students who are able to successfully compatible with the institution; * Help the main coach in establishing, implementing and managing education and measurements, testing learning capabilities and achieving sports students; * Helping the main coach to schedule all competition against recognized and respected colleges and universities; * Helping the main coach in schedule and managing effective, effective training sessions and organized well -organizing; * Helping the main coach and sports coaches in dealing with injuries and emergency situations; * Helping the main coach in employing strategies that enable sports students to graduate from the college in four years and follow up on rewarding jobs; * Inclusion in successful societal relationships within the college community; * Create a positive opinion of the Flagler operating program inside St. Augustine, Florida, and at the national level; * Communication (when necessary) with students, parents, and employees, let themselves to determine the eligibility of sports students or the in importance of participating; Maintaining normal working hours throughout the evaluation year and attending college events as available; * Maintaining a positive and enthusiastic approach to duties and college; Encourage sports students; * Helping the main coach in organizing and implementing donations collection at least one team during the school year; * Helping the main coach in treating any unsatisfactory conditions that may occur; Performing all other duties as appointed by athletics manager, main coach or other college managers.
