The Committee of the trainees and residents (CIR) is the largest employee union in the United States. We are local at the International Service Federation (SEIU), and they represent approximately 41,000 resident doctors devoted to improving residency and education training, progress in patient care, and expanding access to health care of our societies. CIR mission is to enable the trainees in our nation, their scale and their colleagues to fight for our patients.

Job title
The Committee of the trainees and residents employ a Participant data and dues It is either in California or in one of the following cities: Albukirk, Chicago, Menabolis/Saint. Paul or Seattle to join the operations team. This position is responsible for the accuracy, efficiency and recovery of processed data and plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of the Federation.

The data and entitlements participant will submit a report to the data systems director.

Job responsibilities

• Get at least 32 settlement reports/hospital receipts per month
• Collect and track the contributions of SEIU Cope using Quickbooks, Novus and Google TravelSet
• Records and actively correction within the CIR computer database system
• Recover and create reports from large groups of data
• Cleaning data collections using Excel formulas
• Summarize the reports of senior management in verbal or written coordination
• Determine the areas of improvement for the amendments proposal
• Follow up with the right individuals in hospitals to discuss any variations with the received data
• Collect, summarize and inform them about the status of the team’s tasks
• Determine the best possible practices and participate with the team
• Work with managers to create short -term and long -term action plans

Database operations

• Use database systems (including customer relationship management systems) to enter data, create reports, create login and create bills
• Transfer files with the appropriate program

Data analysis

• Analysis of dues reports from employers who use Excel functions such as Vlookup and summarize the main results orally and on a written report or a rhetoric.
• Compare the financial amounts stipulated in multiple reports and determine the differences stipulated in the aforementioned reports.
• Additional duties as they may be set.

CIR is looking for someone:

• Strong communication skills (oral and written) to speak effectively with all levels of employees, doctors and hospital officials in a professional way.
• Self -enthusiastic with a focus on completing the goals, tasks and the desire to grow in both responsibility and the scope of work.
• Efficiency with Google products such as Gmail and Google Drive (documents and panels)
• Prefer a colleague or bachelor’s degree, but it is not required
• 4+ years of experience processing large data collections preferred
• The ability to engage in frequent writing and must have the skills of entering fast and accurate data
• Efficiency with Microsoft Suite; Formulas Excel (such as Vlookup, Pivot Tables and SUM)
• Knowing a strong process of preferred database management systems (Novus)
• He has strong organizational skills and attention to details
• You should be able to set the priorities of the final appointments and meet them while working in a fast -paced environment
• Working hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Adherence to dates and reliability is a must
• Flexible to work outside the regular working hours to meet the needs of the Federation
