The customer has a dynamic and famous real estate company looking for a sales/rental executive executive. The favorite candidate will promote real estate and services, marketing and renting them in the company’s list. Prospect and Build and Presting Paring Except Clives, and ensuring excellent customer experience during the purchase, sale or leasing process. Organizing and performing real estate inspections for buyers or tenants interested.

working hoursMonday – Friday (9 am – 5 pm)

Reports to: SL Lead/Ops Manager

Other benefits: HMO, pension, sales committee, performance bonuses and incentives

Rewards: 200,000 – 250,000 (total) in addition to the Sales Committee.

Main responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree from a good reputation institution in sales and marketing or any related field. The professional certificate in sales and marketing will be an advantage.
• 5+ years of similar experience in sales and marketing. Experience in real estate plus
• The source and bringing clients to care for the company’s services and products, such as property rental, sales and short services.
• Development and implementation of marketing strategies to enhance real estate lists, use online platforms, customer data rules and traditional methods.
• Facilitating negotiations between buyers, sellers, developers, real estate owners and tenants to reach useful agreements for both parties.
