You will manage Attached accounts, arrest, accountable accounts, and Quickbooks online, hold notebooksHe played a major role in maintaining our operations organized and compatible.

What will you do:

• Country accounts (company customers):
• Create and treat bills
• Send invoices from Quickbooks online
• Crossed bills with payments to ensure accuracy
• Archive documents
• Treating the arrest accounting policy
• Requesting accounts (company payments):
• Payment of salaries, bills and taxes in bank accounts (ACH, wires or debit/credit card)
• Check the health of the documents
• W-9, W-8Ben, W-8BENE FORMS
• Archive documents
• Bills, bills and salaries are paid in time and accurate with adherence to departments procedures
• Treating the auditing policy
• Hold the books in Quickbooks online:
• Register financial transactions in Quickbooks online
• Documenting the transaction details – expenses, registration, income, wages, taxes, etc. in accounts
• Preparation of reports in Quickbooks Online – 1099, cash flow, public budget, profit and loss
• Production of ideas and thinking through those who were proposed by other team members

What will make you successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or equivalent).
• 1+ Year of accounting experience, preferably with exposure to international work or that focuses on the United States.
• Fixed experience with Quickbooks online
• Practical experience with arrest accounts (bills, pushing tracking, reconciliation) and payment accounts (payment of bills, salary statements, auditing the bill).
• Excellent ability to manage archiving documents and maintain organized workflow.
• Knowing online payment methods and digital banking solutions.
• Solid Google Sheets skills, including the ability to understand and apply formulas.
• English level: B2+ (documents and accidental communication with American partners).
• Attention to details and very accurate in processing financial transactions and documents.
• Creating time and accurate payments and adhere to the final dates.
• The ability to determine and solve contradictions in financial statements.
• Effective communication skills to interact with customers, team members and sellers.
• A proactive position, with the ability to suggest ideas and contribute to the team’s discussions.

• Previous international experience in accounting in private companies.
• Experience with Brex and Mercury Banks (or major American banks such as Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Chase).
• Knowing American payment methods: ACH, wires, deduction/credit card transactions.
• Knowledge of American tax models W-9, W-8Ben, W-8Bene.
