Space Genie is a new self -storage platform launched by INTRIVA In the right track to revolutionize the storage industry in Germany through an operating model and digital service. The first site was launched in 2024 with plans for 11 additional sites in 2025, and it plans to build and operate more than 50 self -storage facilities across Germany, which is one of the largest platforms of its kind in the country. Space Genie will run the first business model with a number of consumer storage solutions and businesses. To support growth plans, we are looking for a practical marketing manager who relies on data to transfer our brand and develop us to the next level.

Role

As a marketing manager in a high -growth start -up environment, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. It will work in a cross with the product, sales and leadership to form how to reach, share and transfer our audience.

Main responsibilities

• Owning and implementing the full marketing path – awareness, acquisition, activation and preservation
• Developing and managing performance marketing campaigns through social channels, research and digital paid
• Sport strategy (web, email, social, blogger, video) to create a convincing brand narration
• CRM management and life cycle marketing to enhance participation and keep it
• Use analyzes and data to measure the performance of campaigns and investment returns
• Coordination with agencies, independents, and partners when needed
• Contributing to the plans to go to the market for the new product features or the launch of the market
• Experience constantly with new growth channels and tactics

What we are looking for

• From 3 to 6 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast -pace starting environment
• A busy record in marketing, demanding or digital marketing
• A strong understanding of performance standards and tools (such as GA, Hubspot, Meta Ads and Google Ads)
• Excellent communication skills, text writing, and storytelling skills
• Comfortable to work in mystery and adapt quickly to change
• Self -start with bias for work and experimentation
