Zhejiang -university of Edinburgh Institute (ZJE) (ZJE) (http://zje.intl.zju.edu.cn/It was established by two international pioneering universities, Zhejiang University (2025 qs arrangement: 47) (https://www.zju.edu.cn/english/(Edinburgh University (2025 QS): 27))https://www.ed.ac.uk/On the international campus zhejiang in Haining, China. Based on the current strengths of both, the institute aims to enhance cooperation in teaching and research, explore multidisciplinary research, and adhere to basic and applied research in life sciences.

ZJE has a basic facility (consisting of Core FACS, the essence of photography, basic foundations, biological chemistry, biomedical informatics, etc.) and a laboratory animal attachment (up to 8,000 cages) to provide strong research support.

ZJE has established many research centers with center research trends to facilitate training in student research and encourage scientific discussion, cooperation and seminars in each research center. Currently, we have 5 search centers.
