We are looking for an organized, organized and mental individual for the ministry to be our youth minister. In particular, the person who flourishes in a cooperative environment and has a heart to help middle and high school students and their families to be rooted and grow together in Christ. The ideal candidate will be a student maker who can lead students to confront the glory of God, test life together, involve their world, and expand the Kingdom, while also supporting parents as basic spiritual leaders at home.

Main responsibilities

The glory of God faced:

Participate in worship Sunday morning.

Interacting with, preparing and encouraging students and their parents regularly.

Connect students and parents to the Ministry’s chances through the Connect Table and Church Center.

Organizing and leading one annual decline to enhance the deeper spiritual development.

Providing resources, workshops and events that enhance family disciples.

Providing encouragement and support to the directors of the rock and rock ministry.

Life experience together:

Development and leadership of life groups for middle and high school students.

Create authentic societal environments where students feel good, beloved and students.

Enhancing partnerships between the Church and families to encourage the development of faith at home.

Developing the scope and sequence of the continuity of the curricula for all the ministry, which has achieved life to provide a coherent pupil strategy.

Organize and lead an annual decline that focuses on middle and high school students.

Involving our world:

Student model and training in personal evangelization and companies.

Organizing the quarterly service projects for students to involve the forest community.

The expansion of the Kingdom:

Organize and lead one important trip annually to expose students to global and local missions. Service projects for students to involve the forest community.

Supervised the Kid’s Rock (K-5) and Oppstream (college) ministries, including:

Supervising the budget to ensure good supervision

Answer questions/exploring and repairing errors

Coordination of regular meetings with the ministry’s directors to provide support and encouragement.

Recruitment and development of leaders and trainees.

Development/supervision of the K-5 curriculum through the college.

Ensure that all ministry environments are compatible with church safety policies and child protection protocols.

Skills and qualifications

Strong relationship and communication skills with the leadership of the church, employees, students and parents.

The ability to teach and students of middle and high schools.

Experience in leading small groups and organizing events.

The ability to employ, train and lead volunteers and student leaders with clear expectations and continuous development.

The ability to manage and suggest the Ministry’s annual budget, including offering expenditures for one time exceeding $ 1,000.

The bachelor’s degree recommended. School education/Bible is preferred.

The salary is based on experience. almost. $ 60,000.00 annually, in addition to benefits
