About the role – The purpose of this role will be a specific responsibility for the research, on developing research goals and proposals for a research project, in the survivors of stroke, at the Rehabilitation and Agency Center. It is expected that you will plan and perform the work using methods, methodologies and techniques appropriate for the type of research and you will be responsible for writing your work for publication.
About the team – It will join the firm team, led by Professor Pep Logan and Dr. Vicky Bath, which includes the main areas of interest to their interest, stroke and rehabilitation. The fall of Street SARPORS is a multi -decimal random experience funded by NIHR starting from September 2024. The initial stage of the study was currently and effectively intervention in the fall, the procedure decreases, to a stroke group using joint production with patients and other stakeholders. Your role will support the next stage of this exciting study, where working with the broader research team to support the experience of stroke procedures by training and supporting doctors working in the experiment and collecting and analyzing records and analyzing records alongside the experiment team to support any tasks related to intervention to study.
About you – You will have a doctorate degree or its equivalent in the field of the relevant subject, or to be about to complete the doctorate and be able to manage research, plan and conduct it as part of the team. You will have experience in research methodologies and technologies that we use in the experiment (for example, sincerity assessments of intervention) as well as experience in providing training and support as part of a research study.
