Our team is looking for a Quality Control Director Who will help maintain and raise our distributor’s standards.

In this role, you will be responsible for the full quality monitoring course: reviewing employee work regularly, analyzing results accurately, identifying trends and development areas, and preparing clear and implemented recommendations for improvement.

Main responsibilities

• Regular Quality Monitor: Conduct examinations for employee work, preparing clear and implemented recommendations to improve quality, and transfer them to the director for implementation.
• Deep Data Analysis: Review the results of quality examination, determine directions, problems of problem and growth points for the team, and prepare the analytical reports of the administration.
• Documentation and standards: Development, update and adaptation of quality control instructions, instructions and reporting models to ensure the transparency of the process and the standard standards.
• Violation follow: record and apply penalties for violations according to the company’s policies, and to maintain accurate records and reports on these issues.
• Reactions and development: Providing regular construction reactions to employees, participating in training and advanced initiatives to maintain high standards.
• The process of improving the process: suggest and implement initiatives to enhance the quality of the service and the efficiency of the team based on the data collected and the comments.

requirements

The background and experience:

• 2+ years in quality assurance, moderation, customer support quality guarantee, or a related field.
• The experience of working with chat -based content/text.
• Freelnce Freelance environments are a distance.
  The experience of building or maintaining quality guidelines and documents is preferred.

Difficult skills:

• Understanding strong reading.
