Opportunity:

In this dynamic and varied role, you will be a vital part of a cooperative team that works with human resources colleagues and your business has a tangible impact. You will be part of a supportive team and will contribute to a wide range of projects, including:

  • Supporting the transformation of human resource financing: It will work alongside a development partner, helping to design and provide decisive interventions that will direct our employees through this important organizational change.
  • Forming the future of our workforce: It will contribute to the design, delivery and evaluation of our driving and development programs, which directly affects our people’s skills and capabilities.
  • Digital luxury champion: We are particularly looking for experience in interventions that support digital change and enhance the culture of luxury.

We are looking for a person:

  • He has a passion to help people realize their potential.
  • He possesses knowledge and experience in learning and organizational development.
  • It has flexibility and cooperative through a variety of programs and projects.
  • He is committed to using their skills to support others to achieve strategic goals and push cultural change.
