We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic community director to join our team and lead our efforts to manage society to attract and strengthen our society from Blockchain developers.

Main responsibilities:

• Society and monitoring:
• Watch the community platforms and social media channels to track inquiries, comments and comments and respond to them in a timely manner.
• Giving priority and escalating issues as necessary to ensure an immediate solution.
• Dealing with basic support inquiries and more complicated issues directly for the appropriate internal teams.
• Participation, defining content and creating transfers to the program resources:
• Determine bold topics and opportunities for participation within the community.
• The relevant content sign within Sprinklr to ensure the appropriate tracking and reporting.
• Involving users, leading users to software and resources and creating clicks.
• Social media support:
• Helping to formulate and spread the content that focuses on society through various platforms.
• Help monitor social media trends and suggest content strategies to improve participation and educate the brand.
• Reports and analyzes:
• Tracking and reporting on societal participation measures using SPRINKLR and other tools.
• Helping to provide visions about society’s feelings and trends for internal teams.

• 1-3 years of experience in managing social media, community management or relevant roles.

• Infintering with social media platforms, community management tools, and sprinklr.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to deal with diverse community members.
• The ability to work independently and cooperate in a fast and steady environment.
• Previous startup experience.

• Strong skills to solve problems and pay attention to details.
• A passion for Blockchain technology and emerging landscapes is plus.
• Hybrid with the team’s regular meetings in Seattle/Palfio.

Compensation rate: $ 64,000 – 72000/years
