The University of London Arts (Ual) is seeking to appoint a president of FM contracts services that will be responsible for managing and directing FM service contracts via Ual Estate.

Now is an exciting time to join Ual to take on this role. A 10 -year real estate strategy has been developed that will witness the delivery of the new universities of the London Fashion College (which was completed in 2024) and the College of Communications in London (which will be completed in 2027) in addition to a period of real estate transformation through our current portfolio that guarantees that the Ual drug is suitable for the purpose, sustainable and provides their facilities at a global level for our students, employees and employees.

After the appointment of new participants managers in the fields of real estate development and facilities management in 2024, we are now proceeding to invest in the team that will witness the appointment in C.25 new roles in these areas.

The head of FM contracts is a pivotal role within the real estate team and is responsible for driving in the strategic delivery of difficult FM and intention services through a variety of multi -site real estate, and ensuring the distinguished service for students, employees and visitors alike.

In this role, it will supervise the performance of the main service partners, the Estates Heldesk management, and to push the continuous improvement in all FM operations. You will work closely with the major stakeholders, purchases and financing to ensure value for money, compliance and innovation in providing services. Your leadership will be useful in forming a safe and sustainable environment and focusing on customers.

About you

We are looking for a person who has a strong background in facilities management, perfectly with a large level of experience across multi -site real estate.

You will need a related qualification related to facilities management or contract management and a busy record in contract management, budget supervision, and services.

It is necessary to try with CAFM systems, assistance teams, driving performance against major performance indicators.
