About the role
As a trainee, you will learn in a team that brings a wealth of group experience. For the trainees, we offer a multidisciplinary approach in a supportive environment, guidance and training, which makes it one of the most successful educational hospitals in New Zealand. You will be supported by the University of Auckland in completing a postgraduate diploma in health sciences (ultrasound).
About the team/ service/ site
We have a vibrant and enthusiastic team of designers who work in both internal and external patients on two sites, Middlemore Hospital (MMH) and Manukau Health Park.
YOUS will challenge a wide range of tests, including general tests, obstetrics, gynecology, small parts, structural muscles, membership, children, loyalty and blood vessels.

About you
As a trainee, you will work at Middlemore Hospital while completing a postgraduate diploma in health sciences (ultrasound) at Auckland University.
- Bachelor’s degree in medical photography or a certificate in the field of relevant health sciences
- Prepare to learn and take comments. Be able to solve the problem and show critical thinking.
- You have strong communication skills, be sympathetic and show patience.
