The Archer Girls School in Los Angeles, California, is seeking an assistant football coach. The Archer School for Girls is an educational community that supports and challenges young women to discover their emotions and achieve their real potential. It serves 500 girls in the 6-12 grades, the Archer’s Hoveful is established and the most recent research on how to learn girls better. Archer provides a competitive athletics program competing in the Gold Coast League. We are looking for a qualified assistant soccer coach that focuses on the values ​​that lie in the essence of the sports program in Archer: leadership, competition, teamwork and comprehensive work.

We are currently looking for an experienced football coach with

• Ideal training skills at high school level
• Strong experience in school athletics
• A passion for teaching and learning from young people

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Helping the main coach in implementing policies for all team practices and matches from 4 to 5 days a week
• Cooperation with sports support staff to meet the needs of the team
• Coordination of all activities in preparation for scheduled competitions
• Pay the appropriate attention and care and follow up with injured athletes or illness, including filling infection models.
• Ensuring appropriate safety measures when conducting team activities
• Be responsible for the team’s actions and behavior whenever it is under your supervision
• The attendance and support of the Artcher Athletics Awards

Qualifications:

• Kanji’s experience, secondary school, or football coach at the college level; Expert in providing different instructions for athletes from all levels.
• Be organized and show a strong desire to build the program at all levels.
• Knowledge of the basics and football technologies
• Be a positive model
• CPR/favorite first aid certificates
