Role

The perfect filter for customer success (sweet/beginners) is a subjective start with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the desire to learn. As a major shareholder, you will participate with customers, telephone communication and email, support project documents, and help spreading content for social media.

Full -time entry level:
This is a role in beginners suitable for new/beginners paint.
It is completely remote position, and it is asked to get their laptop/computer and stable internet connection.

What will you do:
1. Customer call: Management of phone calls, email messages and messages with customers in a professional and timely manner.
2. Document support: Help with formulating, reviewing and managing work data (SOWS) and other customer documents.
3. Social media coordination: Preparing and scheduling social media publications via platforms.
4. Task ownership: Take the comprehensive responsibility for allocated tasks, ensure accuracy, timing and customer satisfaction.
5. cooperation: Work closely with the interior (design, development, operations) to ensure the delivery of the smooth project.
