If you have forged designers, developers and customers to bring the e -commerce site to life – this role is yours. We are looking for a digital project manager with practical experience in launching WordPress, Shopify, or WooCommerce sites, perfectly in an agency, web studio or customer services. You will lead customer web structures, coordinate creativity and development tasks, and to cooperate closely with our Saas implementation team to create high -conversion stores for hemprames.

The implementation specialist will focus on the formation and accreditation of products for the integrated Saas platform, while it will deal with the coordination and implementation of the site project. It will also work as a major calling point for customers, managing their expectations and ensuring that their needs during the project life cycle. Using Jira to manage tasks and meet documents, you will keep organized projects and the right track while strengthening strong customer relationships. This position can be done as long as you have a solid internet connection.

• Driving and managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring adherence to project schedules and project budgets.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, provide updates about the project status and address any concerns.
• Supervising the project teams, and providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of the project’s tasks.
• Developing detailed project plans, tracking dependencies, and identifying critical tracks.
• Use Jira and meet to manage tasks and documents to maintain project organization and on the right track.
• Effective management of requirements during the project life cycle, and ensuring compatibility with the needs of stakeholders.
• Make regular risk assessments and develop mitigating strategies to face potential challenges.
• Prepare the detailed project documents, including plans, reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Work closely with the business development team to determine and mediate the new customer’s associations, and to enhance customer relationships.
• Contribute to improving project management practices in Bredstack technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or relevant field.
• At least two years experience in project management for web and e -commerce projects (i.e. Magento, WooCommerce, Shopify).
• An experiment installed with different project management methodologies, including Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall and Safe.
• Skills in budget mode and resource allocation to deliver a successful project have shown.
• Experience in supervising teams and enhancing a cooperative work environment.
• Strong skills in managing requirements to ensure compatibility with customer expectations and project results.
• Excellent communication skills, able to transfer complex information clearly to various fans.
• Efficiency in the use of Jira to manage tasks and meet documents.
• Knowing the website/e -commerce, improving conversion, analyzes, e -mail marketing, and senior economic officials is one of the assets.
