About the role

We are looking for a legal head to create and lead our legal job. Submit reports to the deputy head of finance and work closely with the management team. This role will cover all the legal aspects of the company, including commercial contract, privacy, corporate governance, compliance, employment, and intellectual property. The head of the law will play an important role in enabling revenue growth while ensuring compliance with global regulatory requirements.

Main responsibilities

The draft agreements, their review, negotiation and management, including SAAS contracts, amendments, privacy agreements and company policies.

Work as a reliable legal partner in sales, financing, people, GTM, etc., the difference to accelerate the deal courses.

Build and maintain templates, playing writings and effective legal operations to reduce the scale of friction and support.

Providing legal support on corporate governance, employment issues, and options.

Provide advice on financing rounds and issues related to the investor.

Supervising compliance with data privacy frameworks (HIPAA) and healthcare regulations.

Developing and implementing the company’s policies and procedures to manage legal risks.

The involvement and management of the external advisor in multiple judicial authorities, with the primary focus on Israel, the United States and Canada.

Champion of compliance, privacy and risk management best practices throughout the company.

Supporting the IP strategy and protecting the company’s innovations.

Licensing to practice in the United States

5+ years of relevant experience.

The company has proven to be a legal consultant at the global B2B2C company, which is growing quickly.

Written communication skills and wonderful pronunciation in English.

The ability to manage legal issues across the border.

The experience of working with or knowing the regulatory frameworks of privacy and health care (such as HIPAA).

Certificate in Economy/Finance/Master of Business Administration.

Knowing the Israeli legal framework.

Experience of supporting donation activities and managing the legal aspects of due care operations.
