If you really want to know what is happening at work, ask people on the front lines.

This is the basis for the best workplace award. For the seventh year, Energage employee scanning company has made a partnership with Orlando Sentinel to honor the best places to work in central Florida.

This prize cannot be purchased. It should be gained, based on employee notes. The winners are chosen through a scientific survey. Positive employee notes are equal to recognition. The workplaces that do not have strong notes are excluded from the winners list.

Energage cancels the data based on 26 questions that takes only a few minutes.

The poll asks employees about their observations about factors such as reward, benefits, direction, leadership, benefit, and appreciation. Energage records companies based on responses.

Institutions do not pay any fees to survey employees or to gain the appointment of higher workplaces. If they choose, institutions can purchase scanning data. There is no commitment to the winners to buy any product or service.

For the 2025 winners list, more than 5,000 organizations were asked to survey their employees, and based on reactions from the participating companies, 130 received an estimate as the best workplaces in central Florida.

“The best workplaces awards are a celebration of good news,” said Energage, CEO of Energage. “They represent the importance of trying the workplace in the workplace, to remind us that the employees are the heart of any prosperous organization.”

To qualify to get the largest workplaces, employers must have at least 35 workers in the region.

Starting this year, employers are assembled through the total size of their institution, and the number of employees invited to survey, which may include employees outside the center of Florida. Labor employers are assembled in sizes similar to comparing the best similar employee experiences. They are classified within these groups based on the strength of the scanning reactions.

Employers earn a great recognition of workplaces if the degree of notes of the collected employees exceeds national standards. Energage has created these standards based on reactions from about 30 million employees over 19 years.

The results of the survey are valid only if 35 % or more employees respond; Employers who have less than 85 employees have a higher response threshold, and they require responses from at least 30 employees.

Why not be a specific employer in the list? Perhaps she chose not to participate, or maybe she did, and the staff notes were not strong enough. Energage also conducts tests on scanning reactions, and in some cases an institution may exclude whether a large number of employees, for example, have felt pressure to answer positively.
