Under the supervision of the daily director of the director and facilities, the internal production assistant (PA) provides support for the General Office. The Palestinian Authority should be friendly and cycle, maintaining professional behavior, and be directed towards customer service. This person will be flexible and able to help in many projects all over the office with a position that can be.

Job responsibilities
Performing the duties of administrative offices, including but not limited to light home management.
• Organizing and facilitating snacks and lunch meals for employees on the site.
• Helping all departments with special projects as needed.
• Provide reception coverage by responding to phones, dealing with delivery/ mail, and giving guests.
• Other duties as appointed.

Qualifications
• Favorite Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of job experience in an administrative role or customer service.
• Having a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation.
• You should be able to raise 50 lbs.
• Experienced with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• It is not tainted with the flaw of communication regulation and skills.
• Comfortable work in a fast -paced environment.
• Attention to the production of television and/ or entertainment industry.

Anger compensation: $ 18.00 per hour (unanded)

This is a temporary position. The expected period of employment is 6 months.
