KIMEP University Law College is Western Law College devoted to teaching, research and service that is not higher in Central Asia. The faculty and our staff seeks to transfer deep knowledge of the law and procedures using new technologies, train law skills and develop professional identities for students, integrity and ethics. Faculty members participate in a strict scholarship with the contributions of intellectual and large and innovative legal practice that are recognized by its academic and professional peers. We are striving to contribute to the local law profession and contribute to the continuous development of law in Central Asia. Instructions primarily in English, but Russian and Kazakhsta are strategically used for practical applications.

We seek to obtain a associate dean and a professor of law at Open Rank to join our teaching staff. As a faculty member, you will teach training courses and conduct a scholarship in half the time. The Assistant Dean will be a strategic and proactive leader with a strong commitment to academic excellence, innovation and a cooperative environment. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development of faculty members, promoting curricula, and enhancing the position of the Faculty of Law in the advanced legal scene, especially with reference to all students and faculty members in the legal clinic in the field of experimental learning, the ASK-A-LAWER program, the internal lesson, and competitions to dispose of the formation. The ideal candidate will have experience in applying international standards, introducing advanced teaching science science, and clarifying international views and standards in changing academic culture.
Professional development:
In the future, if the role of the assistant dean is not in line with the goals of the successful candidate or his service / in this way, Kimep is no longer required, and the assumption of satisfactory assessments regarding the functions of faculty members, they may return to the rank of full -time faculty members with teaching, research and usual service obligations, and enjoy full credit of the time that is presented. Faculties’ responsibilities:
- Teaching: Providing high -quality education in various articles of law.
Development of experimental training course materials and evaluation.
- Research: It is permissible to conduct and publish original research and / or engage in law reform and related work. Contributing to the progress of the legal grant and interacting with contemporary legal issues, especially those who are advancing local practice or regional law.
Participate in conferences and workshops.
- Service: Participating in the meetings of faculty members, curriculum development, university governance, and improving schools. Student guide and support student organizations. Inclusion in community service, communication, graduate relationships, and students ’employment.

Associations of the Dean Participation:
1. Leadership and College Development:
- Help lead and inspire the various teaching staff to adopt contemporary academic practices, research innovations, and new educational curricula.
- Implementing strategies to involve, motivate and enhance the culture of continuous professional development.
- Providing guidance and guidance to faculty members to support their research, teaching and professional growth.
- Developing initiatives to address the challenges of faculty members, enhance morale, and encourage cooperation through departments.
- Helping workshops, seminars and conferences that enhance research activities and enhance cooperation between faculty members and external scientists.
2. The curricula and supervision of the academic program:
- Helping to evaluate, review and update the curricula of the College of Law to ensure that it is related, strict and compatible with international best practices.
- Supervising the integration of new legal issues, technologies and methodologies in the track shows, and ensuring that students are ready to develop legal environments.
- Enhancing the integration of global legal trends and issues into academic programming.
- Work closely with the dean and faculty members to enhance innovation in teaching and adopt advanced tools and education.

3. Strategic vision and institutional progress:
- Cooperation with the Dean to develop and implement the task of the Faculty of Law and the vision of the strategy.
- Determine and address the opportunities for faculty members with other educational institutions, government organizations, and international legal bodies.
- Defending the importance of purposeful change within the Faculty of Law and Work to create a purchase from all stakeholders.
- Build relations with legal practitioners, policy makers and other academic institutions to enhance research cooperation and financing opportunities.
4. Strategic vision and institutional progress:
- Cooperation with the Dean to develop and implement the task of the Faculty of Law and the vision of the strategy.
- Determine and address the opportunities for faculty members with other educational institutions, government organizations, and international legal bodies.

5. The recruitment and preservation of faculty members:
- Helping to employ new faculty members, and ensure the selection of candidates who bring new views, experiences and enthusiasm for innovation in legal education.
- Enhancing a comprehensive and supportive academic environment and thinking forward attracts higher talents and maintains high -performance faculty.
6. Quality and accreditation guarantee:
- Ensure that the Faculty of Law adheres to university, national and international accreditation and evaluation standards, which indicates a commitment to high academic standards and continuous improvement.
- Preparation for data collection, evaluation, accreditation reviews, and ensuring compliance with academic policies and procedures.
7. Other duties dedicated from the dean
Qualifications:
- Class or final professionalism in the law
- Ideally, at least 3 years of experience in teaching and 3 years are perfect for licensed legal practice (a different combination of 6 years of academic and professional experience) in addition to an additional 3 years in academic management (president or higher)
- Installed organizational leadership and skills, with experience in managing international teams and / or multicultural
- Excellent and personal communication skills and negotiations with the ability to influence others effectively
- The trick, self -sufficiency, and the desire to adopt change and the ability to think creatively
- Insight and thinking forward, with a passion for law and education
- Strong skills to solve problems and the ability to move in complex institutional challenges
- The requirements of the Kazakhstan government for employment
- Preferring experienced applicants in teaching and scholarships in the business law and/or taxes
- Lack of the required English language; I prefer fluency in Russian and / or Kazakh
