This model is based on the agent, a scapegoat as a social mechanism for crisis management. Inspired by the theory of René Gerard simulating how individual tension accumulates and spreads across the small world network. When tension exceeds some thresholds, leaders appear and accuse marginalized factors, who may try to move the blame to alternatives. In the event of a scapegoat, collective tension decreases, but the victims become isolated while leaders reinforce temporary power. This simulation provides a conceptual and systematic framework to explore how collective blame, crisis infection, and driving paradoxes in complex networks. It can also be extended with experimental data, such as the dynamics of social networking online harassment and virtual retirement, providing potential applications for both theoretical research and monitoring practical crises.

Edition 1.0.1 is a release of ABM scale. In the initial version, a word document was accidentally loaded as a source symbol. This version provides the correct Netlogo source file (.NLOGO) with individual protocol documents, ensuring the form of the model, its repetition and expansion by other researchers.
