We employ a large software engineer with Deep Ruby on Rails to take long -term ownership of our internal software systems. This is a strategic and practical leadership role responsible for preserving, developing technology and expanding its basic work. You will lead a team of engineers, architecture leadership and symbol quality, and make sure that our systems are safe, reliable and follow -up with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities include, for example, but not limited to:
• Architectural engineer, development, and maintain safe and high -performance applications using Ruby on Rails.
Providing technical leadership through engineering function, including architecture, safety and system reliability.
• Leading a team of engineers, providing counseling, software review reviews, and instructions on best practices.
• Cooperation between the difference between operations, compliance and leadership to improve the workflow of work continuously through technology.
• Supervising the full life course of development: planning, development, testing, publishing and continuous support.
• Ensure that all systems are compatible with HIPAA and other applicable data protection standards and industrial standards.
• Maintaining and improving current systems during planning for future expansion improvements and improving performance.
• Establishing the standards of internal documents and ensuring that technical knowledge is preserved and shared throughout the team.

Qualifications
• More than 8 years of experience in developing software, with at least 4 years in a large or major engineering role.
• More than 5 years of Ruby on Rails, with a busy record in architectural bars applications and expanding their scope.
• A strong understanding of the techniques of the back interface and the front end (for example, React, Django, Vue.js, Node.js).
• An experiment installed in highly influential project leadership and engineering teams management.
• Knowledge showed the design of safe systems and work experience with protected data (for example, in the field of health care, legal or financial technology).
Efficiency in cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and CI/CD practices.
Excellent communication with strong organizational skills and documentation.
A proactive mentality and the ability to align engineering efforts with the long -term work strategy.
