NHS appears to be going to hell in a handcraft. We had a 13 -year -old resource freezing in primary care, so that the general practice is now on its knees with a lack of financing and frustration.

I hear (from a friend) that in a large local practice and a great respect that it is common for patients to line up in the parking lot to get an appointment, doctors leave and retire, and patients are denying their anger and anxiety over the reception staff (not their mistake), and what the authorities have done?

Bugger all.

NHS is not limited to doctors, but the doctors are the ones who are in the clips.

First they came to the novice doctors, but I did not do anything, because I was not a young doctor. It looks familiar?

Then they came to the nurses.

Then they came to get the support and reception staff.

Then they came to the advisers.

Then when I became sick, NHS did not remain, and MasterCard number was asked.
