In Proto Pilates, we build the future of fitness with innovative Pilates studios that do not work for employees. Through advanced programs and passion for enabling our users, we offer high -quality video chapters, access to smooth studio through the built -in doors lock system, and intuitive reservation experiences. With more than 30 studio around Australia and the planned rapid expansion of three new countries this year, we are in an ambitious path to reach 1,000 studio around the world during the next three years.

We are looking for a full, talented and self -self -accumulated engineer to join our fully unexplored team. You will play an important role in developing and enhancing data tools and operations and reporting this work. This is a 6 -month first contract with a strong possibility of extension.

What will you do:

• Cooperation closely with the product, design and the rest of the engineering team to translate work requirements into technical solutions.
• Convert complex tasks into controlled units, set priorities based on the effect of work, and leading features from pregnancy to publication.
• Write a clean, effective and good symbol, ensuring the ability to expand and reliability of our platforms.
• Design, creation and maintenance of full applications that support analyzes, experimentation and functioning of reporting.
• Develop ETL pipelines to combine data from multiple sources (sector, MixPanel, capacity, internal databases) to a central data warehouse.
• Implement and manage analysis tools to track events, analyze dust, improve repression, and growth experiences (EG Growthbook).
• Cooperation with product teams, marketing and growth to ensure accurate and implementable data flows via platforms.
• Performance improvement and data infrastructure reliability, application programming facades, and integration.

To secure an interview, you must have the following:

• Strong mastery through our technology collection: Nestjs, PostGRESQL, PRISMA, Next.js, and TAILWIND CSS.
• Solid experience with data pipelines, ETL processes, and data storage (for example, Bigquness, Snowflake, Redshift).
• Practical experience with analyzes and tools tracking events such as the sector, MixPanel, capacity, etc., in particular-correcting contradictions in tracking events of a large product.
• Comfortable work with an event -based structure and data flow in actual time.
• It is able to analyze data and surface visions of the product teams and grow in a clear and implementable way.
• The ability to manage self -management, work independently, and prosperity in an unlimited remote environment.
• Excellent skills to solve problems and the ability to break up complex problems into implementable steps.
• A practical approach to software development, balance of technical excellence with work needs.
