Southampton University seeks to set a specific cover for maternity leave for 12 months with a possible extension of the role of the assistant infrastructure director.

The ambitious plans are in full swing with a major plan for real estate that will witness 1 billion pounds of investment in strengthening and providing a sustainable and comprehensive property over the next decade.

The role is responsible for leading a team of subject experts in all engineering fields (electrical, mechanical, safety and infrastructure) to provide a comprehensive technical leadership for maintenance teams and operational projects within real estate and facilities. It will act as a smart agent representative through real estate development, and have the main plan for infrastructure and supervise a large capital investment to achieve zero.

This role will suit exceptional candidates with a busy record in managing a complex portfolio of the Russian Group University. You will be adept at setting priorities and providing exceptional customer service in the budget. To be successful in this role, we are looking for an individual with a distinguished participation of stakeholders and team leadership skills, who focus on the results and centered around customers.
