Lancaster Inoportenches & Hospitality is looking to employ a very motivated professional to join their team in the role of assistant hospitality for our House team in a full -time contract. This role is a great opportunity to build and develop customer service skills within food, conferences and events.

The team works throughout the year throughout the year for hospitality to see the meetings of universities, conferences, events and student universities activities, in places throughout the campus, including the Lancaster Conference Center, and the Forest Hills. We also run 80 guest room.

During holidays, the team hosts greater events of up to 800 people, including daytime conferences and residential conferences.

We are looking for a member of the enthusiastic team to provide a high level of customer service, which can work in a high -pressure environment. You will need to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.

You should be a player in the team, but you also offer an initiative and a positive situation.

The successful individual will have:

• Experience in delivering conferences and food service
• It is able to show the spirit of strong customer service and the ability to provide high levels of service standards constantly
• Be a team player
• The ability to adapt to changing work requirements
• Attention to details and the ability to follow the instructions
• Capable of working on a root basis to include evenings and weekends
• Creating physical lifting and manual tasks
• Reliable and proven responsibility
• Interest in work and developing a profession in the food, beverage and retailer industry
