We are looking for a researcher (grade 6) to work on a project on cybersecurity for medical devices. This position is at 0.3 FTE (11 hours per week) for 6 months.

Along with the assistant position, the researcher is expected to register for one year Master’s degree in computer science research Inside the Computing and Communications School.

You will have a good university degree (usually first or higher) in computer science or relevant discipline. The post condition is registration in one year Master’s degree through the degree of research in computer science Inside the College of Computing and Communications, where you will complete a complementary research project on the subject of this situation.

The project will investigate the weaknesses of cybersecurity in specific digital medical devices used in the health service. You will work closely with computers, cybersecurity and medical science.

An interview will be made with the candidates listed in the brief list via MS teams. The interviews will be arranged for the month of September. The start date on September 2025 will coincide with a master’s degree by researching computer science.
