We are looking for the operations of the Vice President and Electricity-the person who runs the zero-emissions logistics platform. Gritty’s minute game: from identifying methods that are the best electricity, will secure infrastructure partnerships, to designing the main performance indicators and information panels that keep our business on the right track.

This is the role that turns the vision into implementation and P&L into size.

Your responsibilities:

• Determine and define roads/corridors for electricity (distance, load, cost, feasibility charging)
• Securing and managing infrastructure partnerships of shipping throughout Europe
• Follow energy consumption and improvement (kilowatt hours per truck, per path) to increase efficiency to the maximum
• Build and monitor all major performance indicators and information panels through operations, financing and fleet performance
• Poitable P & L Pushing the Economy and Unity, and ensuring profitable profitability
• Cooperation with sales, engineering and financing to integrate the strategy and implement it smoothly
• Evaluation of fleet data, performance standards and operational improvements

What we are looking for:

• The background in operations, data, risk management, logistics, consulting, or energy with strong analytical skills
• Comfort with financing and ownership P&L (control, unit economics, information panels KPI)
• Experience in mobility, logistics or electrification services is a strong addition
• Entrepreneurship and pragmatism: You flourish in the details, but think about the system scale
• It is fluent in German and English
• Ready to work alongside the founder and the leadership team to expand operations from the first day
