As a great engineer in Kubernetes, you will lead the full Onboarding trip to our clients in the institution – from the first participation to the success of successful production. You will have the deployment of Dynamo AI groups (Kubernetes) in customer environments and works as a technical bridge between our product and customer infrastructure.

This is a practical role and faces the customer. It will work with Kubernetes, Helm, and Cloud-NAT tools to provide safe and developed post-developed post-developed post systems. You will participate in engineering, products and leadership to bring customer observations directly to our road map and form how to adopt artificial intelligence through industries. It serves this role, which will grow into an expert in building the most edge artificial intelligence systems at the level of the institution.

This role will work with US government agents, so it requires a government security or nationality permit. Our company’s policy also requires the presence of the office in San Francisco or the New York office for 2-3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Deeply engaging with customers to understand the infrastructure, their goals and restrictions, and lead design and practical publishing to charge Dynamo AI to production.
• We constantly develop our basic infrastructure to ensure the best performance in its class, expansion, and safety.
• Develop the publishing models of the next generation to enable the automatic, very developed and repetitive mechanisms for Dynamo AI groups.
• Work with the Devops team to manage the Dynamo Ai Saas platform.
• Cooperation through product and engineering and ML teams to design products and features that enable customers to better protect artificial intelligence systems.
• As a reliable expert and build a strong relationship with customers.

Qualifications

• Give priority and implementation quickly in a fast -paced environment. High motivation and accountability for the customer’s success.
• Extensive experience in Kubernetes and Helm and delivery of containers.
• Extensive experience with at least one of AWS, Azure and GCP.
• 4 years of experience in solution engineering, Devops or cloud engineering roles.
• 2+ years of experience working directly with customers.
• Infintering with authentication/delegation systems (for example, keycloak) and network security.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to lead customer discussions and publishing.
• The comfort between technical and commercial masses.
• AI/ML infrastructure experience or ML pipeline is plus.
