Roses (COR) is responsible for setting strategies and implementing digital marketing campaigns for our customer list. As a vital member of the digital trade and e -commerce team, your role is to use data and current market/social media trends to improve e -mail marketing and SMS, analyzing pop culture trends, creating and monitoring advertising campaigns, and taking advantage of data to improve public marketing performance.
Your duties will include developing strategies to better integrate via email / SMS in our Merch drops, keep pace with customer publications to use in marketing, stay in harmony with customer fans clubs to use their participation better, prepare campaign performance panels, and bring a creative lens for assets / social designs, data analysis (interest rate, conversion cart, etc.).
What will you do:
• Email Marketing: On board email accounts for new customers. Setting a strategy and submitting recommendations on the best ways to integrate e -mail marketing into Mirch drops and album campaigns. Understand and provide best practices in the workflow and analyze the campaign measures to understand directions and make the necessary improvements.
• Marketing SMS: on board the plane and preparing phone numbers for customers and registration forms in stores. Establish a strategy on the best assets and copy for use. Take data -based decisions to control directions and improve effectiveness.
• Pop culture analysis trend: Look for social media for customer posts and photos for use in emails / marketing SMS. Keep aware of social media trends. Keeping up with the pages of the customer’s fans and finding ways to better benefit from their participation. Searching for current Merch Trends / Best MERCH products from competitors, and providing data -backed recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Preparation of the Advertising Campaign: Help prepare Google Meta ads. Merging pixels on customer stores to track purchases. Provide summaries when the campaigns are completed.
• Data Analysis: Create Recaps and reports on advertising campaigns as well as e -mail/SMS campaigns for the team to better understand statistics and revenues. Use data to inform the upcoming marketing campaigns.
Who are you:
• At least from 1-2 years of digital marketing experience, focusing on e-mail marketing and social media.
• Knowledge/previous experience with e -mail marketing platforms (for example Klaviyo) – Preparing email campaigns, developing a road strategy to increase open prices/participation, and understanding best practices for transmission.
• Knowledge/previous experience with the marketing of SMS.
• Knowing the work of the business pavilion and preparing advertisements/data analysis from advertising campaigns.

Salary/benefits
45,000.00 dollars – 55,000.00 a year
The expected annual basic salary does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that the individual may be qualified for. The actual basic salary provided depends on a variety of factors, which may include, according to the necessary, the qualifications of the individual applicant for this position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education, certificates or other professional licenses preserved, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or who will be performed by the job.
California payment range
45,000 dollars – 55,000 USD
