As director of products, you will ensure the success of Payara Enterprise by adopting open sources and involving institutions customers, while tracking competitors and collecting customer notes to address challenges and requirements.

What will you do?

• Ensure the success of the Payara Enterprise product both in the adoption of open sources and in the customers of the institution
• Tracking competitors and locating against competitors
• Obtaining customer notes to understand customer challenges and analyze requirements
• Building and connecting the product vision
• Determining and connecting the product road map
• Create features of features
• This follow -up features are followed by the definition
• Coordination of the launch feature
• Decide on neglecting the feature
• The leading tasks in the multi -functional product team without an engineering manager
• Evangelise product management process in their team and through business
• Follow up and develop best practices in product management in Payara

What you will bring

• 3 years of knowledge and management of environmental products java in the operations market or system operations in Saas or B2B
• 3 years task mission and team management – at least some experience in the aftermath of Agile Scrum
• People Director’s Experience, including the main performance indicators of performance
• Experience with direct external customer connection
• Knowledge of the ecological system Java side of the server and experience in the open source
