🚀 Re -launch recording candidate Jobscore
revealed
Jobscore has helped employers zero to qualified candidates since our general launch in 2008. To help fight tide in the resumption of random mail, we have rebuilt and updated our candidates registration system. This is what is new:
Everything is now displayed on a scale of 0-100 points instead of 0-10 points:
To facilitate the understanding of degrees and merit with confidence, Jobscore is now distinguished between whether there are data (gray) or if there is data but there is no (red) match for specific criteria:
We updated how grades appear in the menus so that you can understand what is happening at a glimpse and take action:

Gray circle with a horizontal line indicates that the function does not contain registration criteria.
Click to add registration criteria to the job.

A gray circle with a Qatari line indicates that the filter does not have data that can be used to calculate the result.
Add a CV, Inviting the candidate to apply for the jobOr send them a Figure a filter To generate a degree.

Colors indicate what is happening:
- Green: Considering the registration standards
- Blue: partially matches registration criteria
- Al -Ahmar: It does not match the registration criteria

Ramadi indicates in a circle that the data is missing for at least one standards.
Set you Job application form or Figure a filter To request the candidates to provide the information you need to calculate the grades.
When clicking on the result, Jobscore explains how it was calculated:
Registration criteria are editable for each job:
Not sure how to start registration criteria? Click on the Create standards link and Jobscore will fill some for you based on the address of your job and job description:
There is no “black box” or an automatic education exposed to hallucinations used to calculate the degrees of candidates-it directly reflects the criteria that they add and the importance you specify.
If you do not like the results, only you have to release the criteria and adjust their importance.
Jobscore tracks when setting registration criteria for “job editing” events in history. This will be useful if you need to multiply exactly How the candidate was registered for a specific job at a specific time in the audit.
If you are still concerned that the score of candidates creates the risk of compliance or will be abused by your team, you can stop registration of the candidates in your account on This page.
We hope these changes will make the nominated grades easier to use and trust. Please inform us if you see opportunities to make the registration of candidates better.
The candidates will be re -registered gradually during June 2025. If you want to be among the first to use the new registration system, please send an email Support@jobscore.com.
