An exciting opportunity for a professor to join the Cincberry Institute for the Study of Japanese Arts and Cultures has emerged to play a major role in helping to form the agenda of participation and influencing the Cincberry Institute.
You will have a busy record in research, teaching, leadership and innovation.

You will have a prominent role in the research life of the Centbury Institute, as it produces high -quality research publications and proposals to secure external financing and contribute to presenting the institute to the following research excellence framework (Reference 2029).

The SAINSBRY Institute will advise the Sainsbury Institute and help it on planning and delivering its participation and impact strategy, and will lead to developing specific case studies with other academic faculty members.

You will also oversee and examine doctoral theses as required.

It is expected that you will maintain the large structure as a leader in your academic field, promote the institution and participate in UEA.

Doctorate (or what is equivalent) is in the history of art, culture or heritage, with great experience in BA and MA teaching and doctoral supervision is necessary. You will have experience in designing and implementing participating and influencing agendas, a busy record in identifying and preparing the case of the reference effect and a clear experience of the institution and participation.

The international reputation as a distinguished researcher in the heritage of arts and cultural heritage, with evidence of contributing to the development of your discipline is also essential.

This part -time post (0.2 FTE) is immediately available on an unlimited basis.
