The individual will join an advanced practice that advises customers about developing and expanding their IP portfolios, including identifying and protecting innovation related to cloud computing, machine learning/artificial intelligence, digital image processing, blocks, wireless communications, standards, standards, sytronics, systronics, Electoness, Electoness, and Electlics, Electonics, Electlics, Shipping, and Energy Management. In addition, patent agent will help protect innovations and have a wide interaction with a variety of customers including Fortune 100 companies, technology and startups leaders.

We are looking for patent agents who own:

• Three years or more experience in formulating and prosecuting patent requests.
• A degree is needed in electrical engineering, computer engineer, computer science (or equivalent) and USPTO registration.
• Skills and knowledge related to preparing patent applications to submit them to USPTO and respond to office business from USPTO offices and other patent offices.
• A programming background or practical understanding of programs, with a preference for experience with artificial intelligence.
• Strong academic records, advanced analytical skills, and impressive communication capabilities.
• A approach directed towards details, the ability to take immediate responsibility for matters in active practice, cooperative expectations, and trust.
