About the role:

We are seeking a strategic leader to join the King’s Business College Co -director for executive programs. This pivotal role will lead the operational delivery of our executive education portfolio, ensuring the experience of a world -class customer and supporting the school’s ambitions for growth, innovation and influence in lifelong learning.

By working closely with academic customers, commercial partners, and a group of other stakeholders, you will supervise the comprehensive delivery of open programs and play a major role in the strategic development of executive education at the College of Business Administration.

You will be an experienced professional with a strong background in executive education, vocational development or delivery of commercial programs. It will bring a strategic vision, operational and mental rigor focusing on the customer to a rapid and sophisticated environment.

Upon reports to the operations manager, the successful candidate will be a strong pioneer with experience in managing lines and creating highly motivated teams. They will have extensive experience in providing excellence in service in a fast -paced environment.

This is a full -time post (35 hours per week), and an unlimited contract will be submitted.

King’s Business School runs a hybrid work policy and is expected to spend at least two days a week on the campus. Because of the nature of this role, some working hours will be needed at the end of the week.

About you:

Basic standards

  • First degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Knowledge and understanding the executive education market and current trends, especially for open programs
  • The leading experience in complex operating services in executive education, vocational development, or a similar commercial environment.
  • The experience of managing multi -functional teams and providing high -quality programs facing the customer.
  • High experience in providing complex projects management, financial planning and budget control
  • Skills and management of individuals, with a busy record of the leading teams in high performance
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience with care, partnerships and business development
  • Excellent communication, with a clear success in the participation of stakeholders through the academic, commercial and administrative fields

Desired criteria

  • Driving experience or work with FT programs ranked
  • Participate in the design and launch of the new executive education programs
  • Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing and customer relationship tools
  • Experience in securing commercial care or strategic partnerships
  • Iffairs with the international education markets and the global customer participation

The interviews are scheduled to be held in Bush House, the Strand campus, on October 22.
