This model was used for simulation in the paper, entitled the effect of the network in analog and sad on social media to attract “oil spill”. It allows you to study whether to polarize oil spill occurs through people’s connection under different circumstances.
・ Choose the conditions of building the network you want to check from the chosen box “similar to the wires”.
・ Select the power required for the sorrow from the “Partisanlevel” box. You can also set the power manually in the code tab.
・ You can set the number of dynamic themes using the “Topics” scroll bar.
・ Use the “OFubin” scrolling tape to set the number of types of preferences for each dynamic theme.
・ If the “wire style” is randomly set, you can set the possibility of the network redistribution using the “Rendly-Rewire-Fublipt” scroll.
・ You can set the maximum number of steps for each simulator using the “OverTIMIMIMIMESTEPS” scroll bar.
・ Click on the roaming button to run the simulation number of times set in the “repetition”.
Upon completion of each simulation, the model takes out a variety of parameters. These include the final preferences for each user, their next group, their preferences with followers, and interaction possibilities. It also comes out of the total scales such as SESEY-Q, DIFF-Q and PSI to measure the level of polarization of oil spill.
To run simulation, you will need to select the desired output guide from the code tab.
