We are looking for a general human resources expert to join our team and play a major role in supporting employees and leading our growth. This role blends the operations of people and employment, giving you an opportunity to work through the full staff life cycle and make a meaningful effect. You will support our team through the Department of Human Resources Operations, from the sources of candidates and employ coordination to advantages, leave management, data reports, and employee support.

This position is perfect for a person with a diversity, thrives in the scaling environment, and is eager to help build the function of studied, effective and effective human resources around it. This is a fixed position for one year for one year with the ability to become permanent.

Job responsibilities

Persons operations (50 %)

  • Employed leave management, including absence papers and pay -paid vacation.
  • Support management benefits management and use reports, and answer employee questions about benefits with clarity and care.
  • Help maintain and improve human resource systems (HRIS, support salary statements, and other technology tools) to maintain accuracy of data and operations smoothly.

  • Develop a process to improve and maintain our knowledge management platform resources (meeting), policies, brochures, and organizational scheme, clear, current, and easy to find.
  • Support compliance needs, including annual audits and required reports.
  • As the first contact point for employee inquiries, and provide a timely studied support.
  • Help maintain knowledge of trends, best practices and new technologies in human resources and talent management.

Employment and employment (50 %)

  • A partner with the large employment partner of the employment management of a wide range of roles, from novice employees to positions at the executive level.
  • After jobs, exported candidates, conduct biography reviews and primary phone screens.
  • Coordination of interviews, managing logistical services scheduling, ensuring time communication with candidates at each stage.

  • 5+ years of experience as a public expert in human resources, or a similar role
