Job title
The assistant design manager is an experienced creative leader who directs our design and effect. As director of persons and strategic shareholder, this role is balanced to supervise the design team by forming how to advance design solutions through the customer’s goals through industries.
This position requires someone who can build confidence with customers, a guide and close design talents and cooperation closely with their peers through communications and digital. The Assistant Director will set the tone of how to implement the design company that relies on the design, which ensures that the creative output is innovative and compatible with the customer’s needs.
The assistant director of design serves three basic functions:
Leadership of the team and the administration of individuals (40 %): as a manager of people, the assistant director will supervise the company’s design team, providing guidance, guidance and clear expectations. They will play a major role in talent development including employment, plane designers and training at all levels. The assistant director will be responsible for enhancing the culture of cooperation, accountability and creative excellence.
Customer leadership and project (30 %): The assistant manager will serve as a major design leadership through customer connections, ensuring the fulfillment of deliveries with the highest standards of creativity and strategic alignment. They will represent the design function in the client’s discussions, and to build confidence with stakeholders and partnership with the strategy leads to the integration of design into a broader company offers. During the leading teams, it will also take directly selected design tasks, which contributes to their creative work when it enhances the team’s ability and removing it.
Strategic design direction (30 %): Assistant Director will create and maintain design standards, systems and workflow that allow the company to expand its scope while maintaining quality. Qualifications:
From 7 to 10 years of experience in professional design with at least 3 years in an administrative or administrative role
Wallpaper in brand design, digital or visual communications; Agency experience or highly preferred consulting
Success in leading and directing creative teams, including medium and adult designers
The strong ability to display the ability to raise the brand results and communication through design
Maher in the budget of the customer’s needs with creative integrity and the connection of the design value of stakeholders other than classification
Efficiency in design programs (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.) and awareness of emerging tools including artificial intelligence
Bachelor’s degree in design, visual communication, or the required relevant field; Excess master’s degree
