Flexible work

This is an exciting opportunity for a post -PhD researcher with experience in the field of global health or anthropology (medical), mental health or applied health research to work in the main global health research program on racism and socialism and mental health inevitability in Brazil. It will act as a member of the Ori multidisciplinary team.

About you

A successful candidate will hold a doctorate degree in social sciences, a health researcher (global) or relevant discipline, training and experience in specific/quantitative research methods. You will have a related experience in the role of communications/public participation and be able to develop, deliver and support a set of publishing activities. You will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and you have an organized approach to managing your business.

You will be a key member of the Ori Group for the first professional researchers who will conduct pioneering research throughout Brazil and the United Kingdom. This role will include a number of short field trips to one or more field sites in Brazil and training/meetings in the United Kingdom.
