Sanic region The Department of Gardens, Entertainment and Community Services seeks a team player to help lead our healthy mission, healthy people and a healthy community, while supporting our vision: Sanic where everyone belongs.
It will work within a team where excellence is estimated in service and sharing knowledge, comments and accountability significantly, and since communication, trust, respect and positivity constitutes the basis for everything we do.
Gr Pearkes Recreation Center It is the recruitment of an experienced entertainment receptionist. The successful candidate will have a great call to the audience that includes recording the program, responding to the phone and counter -inquiries, preferably within a
Entertainment environment. In addition, they will have an eye for details and a strong ability to multiple tasks. Reception staff are the first point of contact with this busy dynamic center. By working in a team, reception staff are responsible for providing excellent customer service.
Includes requirements Row 12 or equivalent. Six months of continuous experience during the past five (5) years in an environment facing reception with a cash handling, including receiving and processing computerized recordings (or the like) in the rapid -footed customer service environment; Including experience for three months during the past (5) years of administrative work for the general office. Preferred can be given to those who have the background of the entertainment center.
Master in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with the computerized registration management system. Preference can be given to those who have an entertainment recording program experience. An equivalent mix of education and experience can be considered.
Successful candidate Work will be asked different transformations including early morning, evenings and weekend holidays (hours/transformations are vulnerable to change). This position will have a base 14 hours a week, and the candidate must have the ability to increase those hours as needed. In addition to the interview process, the test will be done.
