The purpose of the job:

We seek to obtain a manager of an individual giving based on results and ambition to lead and develop our individual giving program from A to Z. This role will provide inspiring campaigns that enhance participation and drive unrestricted income, which helps the Times 21 to achieve its mission. You will join the successful and ambition collection team to support the growth of the charity.

Main duties and responsibilities

Campaign and income growth

• Plans, create, and present individual giving in the Times 21 to increase unrestricted income.
• Developing and providing digital marketing campaigns (social media, electronic bulletins) to obtain, preserve and promote donors.
• Design and presentation of major campaigns such as Christmas/end of the year and raising the ground in the first year.
• Production of a high -influential version, focus on the supporter of the appeal, intended pages, models, and supervision content.
• Maintain consistent guarantees and thanks materials.
• Cooperation through teams to determine IG opportunities and create attractive stories supported by influence data.
• Achieving growth from five to six numbers over a period of 3 years
• Use test and learning approaches to improve the performance of the campaign and share donor.

• Design and implementation of custom supporters through digital channels (EG MAILCHIMP), with timely follow -up and specially designed messages.
• Improving retaining and upgrade rates using targeted connections and retail.
• Ensure high -quality donor touch points with organizational correspondence.
• Providing supervision of community and sports donations
• Cooperation in planning and delivering the events and initiatives of donor supervision and supporters.

Data, insight and compliance

• Conducting audience research with communications teams and sharing to inform the campaigns.
• Use fragmented data to provide strong analysis decisions and guidance.
• Tracking and reporting on the main performance indicators, income, returning to investment, and keeping it.
• Maintaining GDP/PECR and collecting best practices.
• Communicate with funding on thanks and reports and help gifts.
• Stay in the direction of the sector and apply new ideas to improve performance.
