• Providing an intellectual partnership, educational training and support for all teachers of the semester, and helping the school to achieve its strategic goals of the academic program.

• It works on the high leadership, academic policy (co -chair), academic innovation, student discipline, employment and retaining faculty members.

• Supervising vocational growth, thinking, evaluation, provision of training and continuous support for classroom teachers.

• Supervising the meetings of faculty members and their closure and meetings of faculty members in cooperation with other members of the leadership team.

• Supervising communications and logistics and managing them for Sabbatical program, including second degree and Sabbaticals.

• Partner with administrative colleagues in the recruitment process for all the roles of faculty members.

• Cooperation with colleagues on joint endeavors including strategic initiatives, disciplinary cases, programming at the school level, and other issues related to the daily operations of the school.

• Supporting the Director of Persons and Dean of Faculty members in directing the new faculty members and onboarding.

• Participate in the meetings of the guardian council when necessary and support the implementation of the strategic plan.

• Providing professional training and development opportunities for faculty members.

• Participation as an active member in the higher administrative team.
