We are looking for the European Union defense research.

Under the supervision of the head of defense research funded by the European Union, the employer will be responsible for/contributing to the following activities:

• Project management that is charged with EDA for indirect management under the European Defense Fund (EDF);
• Communication with internal units (contracting, financing and security) for negotiations and signing specific grant agreements;
• Contact/Cooperation with relevant internal working groups, especially Captechs and Hedi, to search for synergy and exploitation of project results;
• Management and monitoring of allocated projects by simply signing grant agreements and reviewing delivery;
• Providing censorship and participation in the review meetings of the designated projects;
• Implementing risk management for allocated projects;
• Prepare the inputs for mandatory reports towards commission, especially the interim annual report, the temporary progressive report and the final report of allocated projects;
• Prepare notes for briefing and helping to update information related to designated projects activities;
• Contribute to the evaluation of designated projects, drawing lessons learned and proposing appropriate follow -up procedures;
• The agency is represented in general conferences and seminars;
• Take additional tasks as required in the service interest.

Duties may develop according to the development of EDA structure and activities, and EDA management decisions.
