Are you experienced and emotional with a strong commitment to supporting the next generation of clinical practitioners? We are looking for a custom Clinical midwife coach To provide clinical education, experts and guidance to midwives in different stages of their career. This role provides a unique opportunity to enhance professional development, enhance clinical skills, and ensure a secure cultural and enlightened practice in evidence in a dynamic and supportive environment.
The purpose of the situation:
As a clinical coach, you will play a major role in supporting new postgraduate midwives (the first year of practice – MFYP), returning to practice, and employees who need to update their clinical skills. Your experience will direct them through their clinical transformations, ensuring that they develop into confident and specialized practitioners. In addition, you will be responsible for strengthening an educational environment that enhances the retaining of employees and reduces stress through organized training, education and support.
Main responsibilities:
- Clinical Training: Providing individual and total midwife training to enhance their clinical skills and trust in practice.
- Guidance: It is followed by clinical distinction and culturally safe practice while supporting midwives in achieving their individual educational goals.
- Education and Guidance: Help in going and clinical support for new employees and midwives who enter maternity service.
- Program development: Contributing to the development and strengthening of the new postgraduate program, which ensures that it provides high -quality support for new midwives.
- Cooperation with education providers: Work closely with the tripartite institutions to build strong relationships with students and facilitate a smooth transition from education to practice.
- Cultural support: Identify the maximum and the Pacific Ocean who may benefit from additional cultural support and link them to relevant resources.
- Quality improvement: Defending and contributing initiatives for improving and contributing them within maternity service.
- Critical thinking development: Encourage the midwives to develop critical thinking skills, and to enable them to provide the best possible care for women and Whānau.
necessary:
- NZ registered with the current APC
- Modern experience 5 years, after registration
- Clinical experience for internal patients for at least two years
